Bringing history to life πŸ“

At M7 Education, we believe every child should have the chance to experience learning beyond the classroom.

We were proud to fund a special trip for Year 3 pupils to the Burwardsley Iron Age Centre 🏺 β€” giving them the opportunity to bring their history learning to life.

During the visit, the children explored real Iron Age artefacts, stepped inside a traditional roundhouse, learned how flour was made, took part in archaeological excavations, and even created their own clay pots.

Some of their favourite moments included:

β€œI enjoyed being an archaeologist and digging up bones.”

β€œI enjoyed wearing an iron helmet, it was heavy.”

β€œI enjoyed seeing how flour was made.”

β€œThe best bit was making clay pots.”

Experiences like this help spark curiosity, build confidence, and make learning truly memorable. We’re proud to support opportunities that inspire young minds. ✨
